地方政府治理公共危机的成效决定了政府形象的好坏.所以地方政府必须对公共危机的传播管理高度重视,并且在公共危机的传播过程中加强与社会公众、传播媒介之间的互动,扮演恰当的角色.通过良性互动,可以实现公共危机应对能力的有效提升,也可以更好的塑造地方政府的形象.
