Abstract：
甲型肝炎是由甲肝病毒引起的急性传染病,以青少年及儿童发病为主.我国是甲型肝炎的高发流行区.如今,预防甲肝最有效的方法就是接种甲肝疫苗.一次接种便可获得较长时间的免疫保护.现从甲型肝炎最新分子流行病学分型、甲肝疫苗使用现状及保护效果和甲肝基因重组疫苗研究等几个方面对其研究进展予以综述,为更好地研究甲型肝炎疫苗提供一定的理论依据.
