Abstract：
2012年全国普通高校毕业生规模达到680万，较上年增幅3．0％，增幅虽然放缓但毕业生就业总量压力和结构性矛盾依然突出，就业形势依然严峻。据了解，2011幅高校毕业生年终就业率90．6％，就业人数比上年增加26．2万，但仍有62万毕业生没有就＼№。因此，2012年实际毕业生就业人数超过740万。“十一．五”时期，我国就业形势将更加复杂，就业总量压力将继续加大，城镇需就业的劳动力年均2，500万人。
