Abstract：
利用EVA、DEA方法评价我国22家2008年股权融资的沪深主板高新技术企业绩效并分析变动趋势,两种方法对企业绩效进行综合评价的结果相对客观和全面。结果表明,大多数企业在股权融资后,绩效有上升变动趋势,说明我国上市高新技术企业适合进行股权融资。
