文章主要针对装备寿命周期费用预测所需数据,从数据类型、数据的标准、数据的收集方法等方面进行研究和探讨,提出采用装备寿命周期问卷调查的方法,有效解决了信息收集难的问题。对于提高武器装备费用的使用效益和费用预算的科学性和合理性具有重要的现实意义。
