Abstract：
钢铁企业既是资源和能源消耗大户又是环境污染大户,要实现钢铁企业健康可持续发展,必须以循环经济为载体,转变发展方式。介绍了水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司发展循环经济的具体实践和存在的问题,同时提出了其循环经济发展对策,可以为其他钢铁企业发展循环经济提供有益的经验。
