Abstract：
本文以中国A股市场营运公司的财务比率为依据，选择110家与首批创业板行业相同、规模相近的上市公司作为分析研究样本，推导建立起一个财务危机判别分析模型，并采用该模型对28家创业板上市公司存在的财务风险进行分析，提出预警信号，供投资者投资决策时参考。
