Abstract：
方波交流TIG焊是铝合金焊接中最常用的方法之一.利用高速摄像,系统分析了铝合金方波交流TIG焊电流过零前后及过零瞬间,焊接电弧和熔池的视觉特征.结果表明,在电流过零的瞬间,弧光辐射相对最弱,熔池边界特征清晰,是焊接熔池较理想的采像时间.
