Abstract:
采用976 nm半导体激光器为泵浦源,高掺杂Yb3+光纤为增益介质,利用非线性偏转效应实现被动锁模.得到了中心波长为1046 nm,光谱宽度为24 nm,脉冲宽度为54 ps,平均输出功率为93 mW的超短脉冲.通过缩短腔长,获得了较高的重复频率,达到41 MHz.
