Abstract：
中国是碳金融资源极其丰富的国家,根据中国国情发展碳金融体系,促进低碳技术、资金的流动和聚集,推动低碳经济进程具有重要意义,因此对其进行研究尤为紧迫.本文从发展低碳经济的必要性和可行性、低碳经济与碳金融的关系、碳金融工具以及国内碳金融发展等角度对相应文献进行综述,以期为国内学者进一步研究提供一些参考.
