基于我国历史建筑再利用从大量的产业建筑逐渐扩展到公共建筑的现状,尝试分析近现代历史建筑保护更新中若干问题产生的原因,并总结在实践中处理的策略,为如何在更新中保护原真性的同时又适应时代需求做有益的探索。
