Abstract：
邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)是环境激素类物质,能在环境中持久存在而不易分解.这类物质进入人体后,可对人体造成慢性危害,主要表现为对人和动物的生殖毒性.过多地暴露在PAEs中可能会导致男性比例下降、女性早熟以及乳腺癌,而且PAEs在人体中的残留时间可能比之前人们估计的更长.为此,水样中微量邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测变得愈发重要.
