Abstract:
在AA5083合金中添加微量的Zr和稀土元素Er,经过半连续铸造、均匀化退火及热轧、冷轧制成板材,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜以及EDX分析发现,Er和Zr可以与Al单独形成Al3Er,Al3Zr相以及复合形成Al3(ZrEr)相,它们与Al基体之间存在共格或半共格关系,可以使合金得到强化.其中Al3(ZrEr)是比Al3Er,Al3Zr尺寸更小、分布更加弥散的强化相,当其直径小于20nm时与基体保持完全共格,是合金中有效的强化相.
