Abstract：
班主任工作＂不怕细,就怕不细＂,而且重在要关注国家的经济、社会和科技的重大发展,同时还要注重学生自身发展的根本需求.本文从班主任工作的实践出发,探讨了利用班主任自身的优势和特点,如何将教育、培养与就业有机结合,发挥作用解决当前大学毕业生就业难的问题.
