Abstract:
石墨烯(Graphene)材料作为可饱和吸收体与半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)相比具有制作简单、成本低廉、恢复时间快、可饱和吸收阈值低、并能覆盖从可见光到中红外(400~ 2000 nm)波段的超宽带宽等优点.在1.0~1.1 μm掺镱和1.5~1.6 μm掺铒波段,基于石墨烯可饱和吸收体的被动锁模、被动调Q激光器的研究已有报道.目前,石墨烯材料作为可饱和吸收体用于2.0 μm波段激光器的被动锁模或被动调Q的研究国内外还未见任何报道.
