Abstract:
为检验非切削防屈曲支撑(NBRB)的构造和抗震性能,本文对非切削构造进行了ANSYS有限元塑性静力分析,并与切削构造进行力学性能对比,明确了其受力特点及薄弱环节;在有限元分析的基础上,对所设计的试件进行了低周反复加载静力试验。结果表明:由于焊缝的存在,非切削防屈曲支撑更容易在该截面发生强度或失稳破坏,对焊接质量提出更高的要求;试件荷载-位移滞回曲线稳定、饱满、对称;非切削防屈曲支撑构造合理,具有良好的耗能性能和抗低周疲劳性能,是一种新型的耗能支撑。
