Abstract：
产业集群作为一种新型产业组织形式和有效的区域经济增长方式,已经受到世界各国政府与国际组织的高度关注.中国作为一个处于经济转型时期的后发国家,政府对产业集群的成长,毫无疑问具有十分重要的作用.本文界定了产业集群政策的内涵,总结了现有产业集群政策的分类,并对世界主要国家的产业集群政策做了比较,总结了我国值得借鉴的经验,可以为各级政府制定和完善产业集群政策提供参考.
