Abstract：
信任研究一直是一个社会热点问题,其中的上下级信任十分重要,直接影响着社会财富的创造。本文从横向和纵向区分了上下级信任的类型,并分析了其影响因素,然后根据影响因素对企业管理者提出几点管理建议。
