Abstract：
针对我国老龄化愈加严重的问题,笔者在对北京市居住区内老年人生活现状调研的基础上,提出社区规划在立足于满足老年人需求的基础上应吸收＂新城市主义＂理论中的有关理念,从居住空间、交通方式、配套设施三个方面探索具有多样性、社区感、俭朴性以及更具人性化尺度的新型适老性居住区.
