通过对湖南省某一级公路交通事故资料的整理分析,得出其交通事故时间、形态、车型等分布规律,找出该一级公路交通事故的本质成因,并首次根据一级公路功能定位的不同,给出相应的改善建议,具有一定的指导意义.
