实施岗位设置与分级聘用工作,是高校人事管理制度的重大改革和创新高校内部资源的重新配置与整合.本文认为,此项工作应结合高校发展定位,遵循"适度放权、重心下放"的原则,以岗位设置为动力,以分级聘用促发展,推动高校师资队伍建设迈上新台阶.
