本文以威廉姆森交易成本理论为基础,从组织间科技人才共享的投入、过程和产出三个阶段入手,提炼出影响组织间科技人才共享模式的三个选择维度,建立了三个维度与三种组织共享模式的匹配模型,并通过案例研究验证了模型的匹配关系.
