在Fe-Cr-C的基础上加入较多的硼能形成Fe2B硬质相,可以有效地提高堆焊层的硬度.文中以高碳铬铁堆焊合金为基础,在其中加入不等量的硼,研究了硼对Fe-Cr-C耐磨堆焊合金的硬度和显微组织的影响.研究表明,当含硼量从4%逐渐增加到5%时,堆焊层宏观硬度逐渐增加,且随着硼含量的增加,硬质相的密度显著增加.
