Abstract:
采用金属型水冷模铸造制备了不同含饵量的Al-Er二元合金.通过对均匀化处理实验合金的电导率和显微组织的分析,研究了Er在纯铝中的固溶度.结果表明,在本实验条件下饵元素在铝基体的最大固溶度为0.1%(wt%).合金均匀化处理过程中析出相为AlEr相.同时,含铒过饱和固溶体的分解析出导致基体固溶度的贫化,由于固溶度的降低减小了舍金对电子的散射,使得合金的电导率升高.
