对940nm半导体激光器泵浦的掺镱双包层光纤激光器进行了实验研究.在双端泵浦下,采用两种不同的腔结构对光纤激光器的输出特性进行研究.以光纤两端面构成平-平(F-P)腔获得了总功率为10.1W的连续激光输出,斜效率达40.5%,输出激光的光谱范围为1092~1103nm;以二色镜和光纤反馈端面构成平-平腔,获得单端输出功率为6.42W的连续激光输出, 输出激光的光谱范围为1091~1105nm,在此输出功率下测得功率不稳定度为1.6%(RMS).
