指出要在城市照明建设中创造独具特色的城市夜景观,在色彩规划上就应有一定的限制,遵循一定的原则,通过对城市照明规划中色彩规划应坚持整体性原则、功能性原则、文脉性原则、民族性原则的提出,旨在引起城市照明建设者对夜晚色彩规划的重视。
