Abstract:
为使微流控荧光PCR扩增循环的实际流速与理论设计流速吻合,保证芯片的PCR扩增过程与步骤的准确完成,必需对微通道中的实际工作流体流速情况进行实时测量和流速调控.利用在39个循环微通道的生物PCR微流控芯片中,充满强阳性荧光PCR试剂微通道的荧光信号值为空微通道的荧光信号值的4倍左右,为充满阴性荧光PCR试剂微通道荧光信号值的10倍左右的特性,在芯片上建立荧光实时测速信息反馈系统.对微通道中的实际工作流体流速情况进行实时反馈和控制.
