Abstract：
本文试图通过对校务公开和依法治校的内涵及理论基础分析,从两者的联系入手,探讨校务公开与依法治校工作的实践意义。校务公开与依法治校两者相互促进,学校开展校务公开工作是推进依法治校,促进学校民主政治建设的重要途径。
