将纵向磁场引入到喷射过渡MAG焊接过程,借助高速摄像等手段.详细研究了磁旋弧MAG焊接工艺的熔滴过渡机制和焊接飞溅形成机理.试验结果表明,在外加磁场的作用下,焊接电弧和液流束都偏离焊丝轴线一定角度高速旋转,液流束形态为螺旋状;熔滴过渡偏离了焊丝轴线,但始终在电弧烁亮区内进行,并且熔滴过渡频率提高;在液流束与焊接熔池瞬时短路时以及收孤阶段,易产生飞溅.
