Abstract：
目前,我国已逐步建立起培养学术型人才、应用型人才、技能型人才的高等教育分类办学体制.学术型人才在精英教育阶段已积累丰富经验,技能型人才在政策推动下已取得一定成果,而应用型人才的培养方式、方法还不够明确.北京工业大学作为一所以工科为主的地方大学,自建校以来就以＂立足北京、服务北京＂为基本办学定位,以培养应用型人才为主,非常重视对学生实践能力的培养,在应用型人才培养的道路上作出了有益的探索与实践.
