Abstract：
文章在梳理了有关西方发展型社会政策的理论观点及政策实践后,认为发展型社会政策的理论与实践为我国和谐社会的建设提供了有益的借鉴和启示,并对重构新的社会发展政策提供了新的思路和视角.
