Abstract：
随着电子技术的不断发展,电子芯片的集成度与封装度的不断提高,芯片的发热量也在不断增加,特别是电脑的中央处理器(CPU)。实验证明,芯片温度过高会严重影响其性能与寿命。本文提出一种新型的自循环式重力热管散热器,通过对其工作原理,设计方法与节能优势的分析,诠释了其良好的综合散热性能,并通过实验测试了该散热器的实际散热能力。
