一、东亚货币金融合作的现实基础
1.经济发展水平.东亚除日本外都是发展中国家,从经济总量上来看,中、日占主导地位,如果再加上＂四小龙＂,则占了整个东亚经济总量的绝大部分.从人均GNI来看,日本为第一层次,亚洲＂四小龙＂为第二层次,＂四小虎＂为第三层次,中国为第四层次,其他国家如越南、柬埔寨、老挝等为第五层次.
