Abstract：
为了提高城市管理的质量,科学地评价城市管理工作绩效,本文采用平衡计分卡方法提出了城市管理绩效评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定各项指标权重。将指标分类为定性指标和定量指标,确定各项指标隶属函数值,最终得出绩效评分结果。不仅为管理者提供了决策依据,也为城管执法人员指引了工作方向。
