干部队伍的状况相当程度上决定了学校改革和发展的前途和命运,决定了学校的教学科研工作能否正常进行,决定了学校的发展规划和建设目标能否顺利实现,因此,建设一支高素质的干部队伍直接关系到高等院校各项工作任务的推进,特别是对一所处在蓬勃发展的高等院校来说更是至关重要.
