Abstract:
利用电弧喷涂方法在Q235低碳钢基体上制备了高非晶含量的铁基涂层,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对涂层的显微组织结构特征进行了研究.结果表明,涂层呈典型的层状结构,致密度高,孔隙率低,氧化物含量较少.非晶的形成是由于喷涂液滴快的冷却速度及合适成分的粉芯丝材成分造成的.
