Abstract:
分析了激光器的相干长度与谐振腔腔长的关系,研究了全固态Nd:YVO4/KTP激光器,在谐振腔腔长超过1m时绿光的输出.在谐振腔内加入热补偿透镜对热效应进行了补偿,实现了长腔激光器的稳定运转.在腔长L=1350nan,泵浦功率为3W时,获得r输出功率为110mW的绿光,发散角为0.7mrad,稳定性小于2%.
