钢琴琴板要求具有优秀的吸收振动的能力以便消除琴板产生不希望的振动,为此,铸铁琴板要选用高碳当量(CE>4.3%)的化学成分,使之得到粗片状石墨,与此同时,通过加入微量元素Sn及少量Cu,提高 w(Mn)量,使铸铁金属基体为细片状珠光体,保证琴板有足够的抗拉强度.
