Abstract：
从高等教育投入-产出环节入手,对北京高等教育的投入-产出效率与上海、天津、浙江等9个省市进行了对比研究。文章认为,把握系统概念应从局部入手,由点到面,是逐渐稳步实现北京教育可持续发展的一种现实途径。
