Abstract：
为了确保我国北方地区既有居住建筑节能改造顺利进行,必须全方位、多渠道地筹集资金。但是,既有居住建筑节能改造存在着严重的外部性,导致投融资市场无法有效地配置资源。本文运用经济学原理,在借鉴德国、波兰等国家既有居住建筑节能改造投融资模式的基础上,提出了分阶段的既有居住建筑节能改造投融资模式。
