逆变焊机控制电路部分的工作频率很高,但能量有限;主电路的变换器工作频率不高,但瞬态能量较大,其近场辐射较强.通过近场探头测试电焊机周围磁场的辐射分布清况.定性的研究了弧焊电源电磁发射的特点.根据IEC60974-10:2004标准,对金属机壳屏蔽和非屏蔽状态下的逆变弧焊电源电磁发射对比测试[1].针对比较严重的电磁辐射,提出相应的抑制措施.
