Abstract：
在教育国际化、全球化的今天,我国正大力加强对大学教师队伍的改革,而大学教师的工资水平也成为教育界的热点问题.本文引入＂相对工资＂的概念,通过对中国和美国大学教师工资水平的比较分析,为我国大学教师工资水平提供了参照依据,为建立新型中国大学薪酬制度提供借鉴.
