Abstract:

研究了木质素磺酸盐(LS)、萘系(FDN)及聚羧酸系(PC)三类混凝土减水剂,对水泥浆体水化性能及孔结构的影响.三种减水剂不同程度地延缓水泥早期水化,而对后期水化放热速率及产物均无影响.测试养护28 d、90 d的硬化水泥浆体中的孔隙率,不同减水剂对浆体孔径分布和孔隙率影响也不同,孔径小于0.1μm的孔隙率:PC远大于FDN和LS;孔径大等于0.1μm的孔隙率:LS>FDN>PC.减水剂对水泥浆体孔结构影响与掺减水剂的水泥浆体的絮凝结构有关,正是由于聚羧酸系减水剂对水泥的强分散能力,使得水泥遇水后形成大量体积较小的絮凝结构.
