Abstract：
大学文化在培养人才、引领和创新社会文化发展方面起着十分重要的作用.但大学文化的育人功能减弱、引领功能不明显、创新功能不足削弱了大学的主导地位.导致大学文化功能衰微有思想认识、制度体制以及工作偏差等原因.必须以社会主义核心价值体系统领大学文化建设.
