以道格拉斯生产函数为基础模型,采用面板数据(panel data)研究外商直接投资在中国工业部门的技术溢出效应.并通过分析中国东中西部地区工业部门的有关数据,发现落后地区在外商技术溢出方面存在后发优势,为西部地区吸引外资提供了理论依据.
