使控制区域能够适应交通流的不断变化,做到控制区域的自行组合、拆分是解决城市交通拥堵的有效方式.本文提出一种以静态区域控制为基础,通过对城市交通拥堵进行分类,采取不同的判断标准,实现动态分区控制的的思想.
