改革开放以来,我国经历了二十多年的经济高速增长,产业结构不断升级,就业结构也逐步得到优化.随着市场经济的逐步完善,在市场的调节下,劳动力按市场的要求合理配置,近几年出现的工资趋同现象也证实了市场机制对劳动资源配置的主导作用.
