Abstract:
以WF6和H2为原料,粉末冶金钨板为基体,采用热丝开管气流化学气相沉积试验装置,成功地制备出可变形钨锭.试验分析表明:钨锭纯度可达99.9 %以上,密度大于19.0 g/cm3,硬度为400~500 HV,具有良好的加工塑性.研究了钨锭在轧制变形后组织性能变化,以及影响其热轧性能的因素.
