为了综合考虑企业进行对外直接投资所面临的微观、中观和宏观这三个层次的因素,根据国际生产折衷理论建立一个较为全面的指标体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)确定各因素的权重,在专家打分后将结果进行加权平均得出结果.企业就能据此进行决策了.
