介绍了一种针对弹壳底火孔加工所用的新型高功率YAG激光打孔机.打孔机由激光器、导光聚焦系统、数控机床控制系统构成,各系统相互衔接,实现了光机电一体自动化打孔.打孔方式采用旋切式打孔,孔径大小以及两孔中心距方便可调.激光器最大功率500 W,光斑聚焦直径约0.5 mm.弹壳材料是3.5 mm厚碳钢,孔壁影响区小于0.1 mm,孔径精确度高于0.05 mm.机器连续24 h工作,运行稳定,解决了传统弹壳钻头打小孔存在精度、效率和质量不高,而冲压打孔又不能打小孔的问题.
